Mr. McAuliffe joined BlackRock Kelso Capital after working as an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. He focused principally on leveraged buyouts and the origination of non-investment grade debt offerings for corporate clients.
Mr. McAuliffe holds a B.A. in History from Dartmouth College and a Master’s in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. He is fluent in French and has lived in Geneva and Paris.
