Prior to joining BlackRock Kelso Capital in 2005, Mr. Kraska spent fifteen years at Prudential Capital Group, a leading private placement investor. He led a team responsible for sourcing, structuring and managing a portfolio of principal investments in senior debt, mezzanine and co-invest equity, including several one-stop financings, in middle market companies.
Mr. Kraska was a commercial real estate equity investor with Prudential Real Estate Investors from 1986 to 1990.
A native of Massachusetts, Mr. Kraska received a B.S., magna cum laude, in Accounting from Boston College and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
